There’s something powerful about marking a fresh start with a portrait session. Leah reached out to us after her divorce, ready to celebrate her strength and embrace this next chapter. She’s a powerhouse—single, raising two grown kids, and running several Dallas restaurants. When Leah said she wanted portraits that showed her confidence and joy, we couldn’t wait to help her shine. We set her up with professional hair and makeup, and encouraged her to bring outfits that felt authentic and fun. Throughout the shoot, our goal was to make Leah feel truly seen and supported. We moved around the studio, played her favorite music, and swapped stories until the nerves faded and she was fully herself in front of the camera. Watching Leah go from a little bit hesitant to totally confident was the best part of the session.
